These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the splitwow website and application provided by Quarx Farm (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using splitwow, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use splitwow on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use, in accordance with these Terms.

2. What splitwow does

splitwow arranges your windows on macOS using the system Accessibility API. You are responsible for granting the permissions the app needs and for using it in line with your environment’s policies.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.
• Do not use splitwow to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the app or website.

4. Intellectual property

splitwow, its name, logo, design and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We are not obliged to provide updates or support unless stated otherwise.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

splitwow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every configuration.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of splitwow. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including statutory consumer rights).

8. Pricing

If paid plans are offered, applicable prices, taxes and terms will be shown at the point of purchase. [Pricing terms to be defined.]

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and disputes are subject to the courts of Rome (Roma), Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.
